Today’s leaders are pressed to move faster, be highly adaptive, and reliably resilient.
Titles and expertise are no longer enough to command stakeholders’ attention. Even of those they serve.
All eyes are not automatically on any of us. Distracted stakeholders and a fast-changing world demands each of us become better communicators, better at tech, and more able to operate well in the face of relentless change. At work and in our homes.
Responding to the urgency to prepare world class “leaders of heart,” the UN Office of WFWP International is collaborating with the NGO Academy to launch a 3-Month Leadership intensive.
Activate 2022 will run August 17 – November 13, 2020.
Even as the program is taking shape, it is not yet written in stone and infput from the WFWP community is being sought.
