Yes, you should be able to work through the training on any devise. Sometimes there are issues with the videos if internet access is not strong on mobile devices.
What is your refund policy?

Can I download mp3s and listen on the go?
Yes! We know that listening to these lessons more than once will help you immeasurably. Especially if you have already watched the video, then reviewing the materials during a commute, for example, can be a great way to gain a better grasp of the materials. Each lesson has an associated mp3 that you can download.
Where are the bonuses?
